AGITATORS

We design and manufacture agitators for low-, medium, and high-viscosity liquids of different types, meeting any requirements our Clients may have.
The following materials are used :
Stainless steel TP 304L - TP 316L
Hastelloy C22-C276
Carbon steel and special steels
Available external finishes: polishing, satin finishing, passivation for stainless steel and painting for carbon steel.

REACTORS AND TANKS

Vertical cylindrical structure with external half pipe for heating and cooling purposes - made of stainless steel 316L/304L
Agitator with differently shaped shaft and blades
Pressurized mechanical seal
DN connections on cover
Available surface finishes: polishing, satin finishing, pickling, and passivation
Volume range: from 150 to 10,000 liters.

SINGLE PLATE PRESSURE FILTER

Pressurized sealed body made of 316L-Hastelloy stainless steel
Suitable for pilot and semi-industrial plants
The plate can be raised on the side for ease of use
Pressurized and vacuum operation
Finishes : mirror-gloss, satin-finished or microblasted exterior
Available range: from 20 to 150 liters.


HEAT CONDENSERS
Manufactured with stainless steel 304L-316L
Available in two versions from 1 to 30 m³, expansion joint upon request
